Ingredients
  • 340g Oats Penne
  • 4 Medium artichokes
  • 1/2 Green Apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • to taste EVO oil
  • to taste Salt

Procedure

Cook the penne in plenty of salted water.
Cut the artichokes into julienne strips and the green apple into small pieces, soak the latter in a solution of water and lemon for 7-8 minutes.
Drain the pasta and season.
Add a drizzle of raw EVO oil.
Serve warm.
