The Italian legislation (Art. 122 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 "Personal Data Protection Code", hereinafter referred to briefly as the "Code") introduced into our legal system EU Directive 2009/136/EC, which requires website operators using cookies or other tracking technologies to inform users of the types of cookies, if any, employed by the site.
The Order of the Personal Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali "Garante") No. 229 of 8 May 2014, published in the Italian Official Gazette No. 126 of 3 June 2014, listed cookies according to two macro-categories: 'technical' and 'profiling' cookies.

•    Technical cookies.
Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly required for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such a service"
They are not used for any other purpose and are normally installed directly by the owner or operator of the website. They can be subdivided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, a purchase to be made or authentication to access reserved areas); analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies where they are used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a set  of selected criteria (for example, language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided to the user.
For the installation of such cookies is not required any consent from the user.

•    Profiling cookies.
Profiling cookies are designed to create profiles of the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while surfing the web. Because of the particular invasiveness that such devices can have in the privacy of users, European and Italian legislation provides that users must be adequately informed about the use of such devices and express their valid consent.
They are referred to in Art. 122 of the Code where it provides that "the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or user or access to any already stored information is  allowed only if the contractor or user has granted his/her consent after having been informed in the simplified manner set out in Article 13(3)" (Art. 122(1) of the Code).
In the same provision, the Garante also categorised cookies according to the entity that acts as the controller of the personal data collected by the cookie, distinguishing between first-party and third-party cookies.

•    First-party cookies.
These are cookies managed by the site owner. For these cookies, the obligation to provide information lies with the site owner. It is also the responsibility of the latter to provide  directions on how the cookie can be blocked.

•    Third-party cookies.
These are cookies managed by a third party other than the site owner. For these cookies, the third party is responsible for providing information and providing directions on how the cookie can be blocked, while the site owner is obliged to include on the site the link to the third party's site where these elements are available.
For both types of cookies (first-party or third-party), the grant of the consent, which is required if the cookie is a profiling cookie, takes place through a banner on the home page of the site.

We use cookies on this site in order to (for example):
•    Count the number of visitors to the site;
•    Check whether you have acted via e-mail or via a link;
•    Check how successful a specific advertising campaign has been;
•    Establish particular levels of interest in particular sections or aspects of the site or in particular products and services available on this site;
•    Understand how popular a product or service is and the level of change in interest among specific products and services of Felicia S.r.l.

The section at the end of this Cookie Policy details the list of all cookies used by this website.
The first group includes so-called technical cookies, the use of which does not require any consent from the user.
Profiling cookies are listed in the second group.
For both groups, the following information is given for each type of cookie:
•    Cookie name
•    Function performed by the cookie
•    Statement whether the cookie is first-party or third-party
•    If the cookie is a third-party cookie, a link to the third party's website where the information issued by such third party on the processing of personal data collected through the cookie and the means for blocking the cookie are set out
•    Cookie expiry date

We do not exchange cookies with any external websites or external data providers.
