Felicia chickpea risoni are small grains of pasta that are full of flavour and have great nutritional benefits.

Rich in protein, fibre and minerals such as iron, zinc, phosphorus, manganese and potassium. They have only 1 ingredient: 100% organic chickpea flour.

Made exclusively from organic chickpeas, sourced from an Italian supply chain, grown mainly in Puglia and Basilicata in a sustainable way. Legumes are environmentally friendly because they save more water and significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

Felicia risoni are very versatile and easy to prepare. Ideal for soups, risottos, side dishes, pilaf cooking , but also for fresh, summery salads. Good for the whole family, even at dinner: Just a few minutes and you'll serve a healthy and nutritious dish with an authentic pulse flavour.
