Ingredients
  • 340gr Mezzi Rigatoni with Oats
  • 2 red peppers
  • 400gr Borage
  • 60g Stracciatella
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Clean and cook the borage and then put it in a blender with oil and salt until it is creamy.

Bring the cooking water to the boil and pour the half rigatoni with oats and then drain them after 8 minutes.
When cooked, drain the half rigatoni and season everything with the cream of borage and cream of peppers.
Complete the dish with stracciatella of your choice.
