Ingredients
  • 320g Felicia brown rice spaghetti
  • a handful of Sichuan pepper
  • a bunch of mint
  • ginger
  • red onion from Tropea
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tuna steak

Procedure

In a frying pan, fry garlic and oil.
Cook and drain the pasta when al dente (cooking time 8-10 min)
Toss the pasta in the frying pan, add the diced tuna and just a few drops and zest of lime.
Perfume the dish with ginger.
Arrange the spaghetti on the plate and garnish with crushed black pepper, red onion strips and fresh mint leaves.
