Ingredients
  • Orgnaic brown rice farfalle
  • 200g Mozzarella
  • 250g Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • EVO oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

Procedure


Cook the farfalle until al dente and cool them in cold water.
Prepare a slice of mozzarella and place it on the dish.
Cut the cherry tomatoes, season with EVO oil, salt, red onion and basil.
Season with pasta and lay on top of the mozzarella.
