  • 250g Felicia red lentil fusilli
  • 250g coloured cauliflowers
  • 150g porcini mushrooms
  • olive oil to taste

Procedure

Cut the porcini mushrooms into cubes and fry them with a knob of butter.
Cook the Felicia red lentil fusilli in plenty of salted water and add the coloured cauliflowers, after 8 minutes drain the red lentil fusilli and cauliflowers and mix with the previously cooked porcini mushrooms.
