Felicia starring at the 15th edition of Identità Golose

The event, to be held from 23 to 25 March at the Congress Centre in Via Gattamelata in Milan, will welcome on stage the greatest professionals of cooking and patisserie, including many Italian professionals: from Carlo Cracco to Massimo Bottura, from Massimiliano Alajmo to Davide Scabin, Nadia Santini and Heinz Beck. The event is characterised by highly innovative thematic content in the field of signature cuisine, which attracted the interest of industry professionals and the national and international press.

The major culinary event, which this year will once again transform Milan into the worldwide capital of fine cuisine and patisserie, will focus on the topic: Costruire Nuove Memorie (Building New Memories).
