Ingredients
  • 250g Felicia organic chickpea fusilli
  • 150g of broad beans
  • 150g cherry tomatoes (yellow)
  • 100g borage
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

Preparation of the ingredients:

Soak the broad beans for at least 3 hours.
In a saucepan, cook the broad beans over low heat, with enough water to cover them, until they are pureed.
Clean and wash the borage.
Clean, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes.
